Craig Alexander is a professional triathlete with nearly a decade of racing experience. He is the current Ironman Triathlon World Champion and is a previous winner of the Ironman 70.3 World Championship in 2006. Craig, who some call “Alexander the Great,” is based in Boulder Colorado in the USA for the spring and summer, then heads home to Cronulla for the Australian summer.     It was a near perfect race day in Clearwater, Fla. this past weekend. If not the luxurious beachside conditions, certainly Michael Raelert’s Championship finish. Oakley’s Triathlete became the first person to defend a title at the Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3, pulling away from a talented field after falling behind Kyle Leto following the swim.
