When the ASP drops into Lowers (Lower Trestles Beach in Southern California) every year for its prime contest, O Team Riders are always in the mix as the World’s best rippers collide at one of the most renowned breaks on the Planet. This year was no different – with Oakley spicing up the scene even more with its own festivities off the beach. The Surf Industry’s collection of media outlets converged on San Clemente for a funky O hosted Happy Hour event at Taka O Restaurant. And as expected, it went off. With plenty of beer, wine and unearthly amounts of quality sushi in the rotation, the press and a collection of Oakley Surf Team chargers fully savored the vibrant atmosphere, chill overall vibe and great company in South Orange County.
